Returns and Replacements

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the return criteria stated above. Additionally, certain products may not be eligible for returns or refunds due to health and safety regulations. Replacements

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item at support@kngardenstore.com or call us at 620-546-4184 to arrange for a replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 2-3 working  days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
